The performance review process for some organisations does not work as well as it could. Managers often find it a chore and time-consuming.
However a good performance review system is a great vehicle for enhancing staff performance and development as well as being a great management tool.
We work with organisations to:
- Develop a performance review system that enhances staff performance and capability
- Write guidelines for staff and managers that clearly identify respective responsibilities
- Provide coaching for managers in the performance review process
- Provide coaching for managers in techniques and strategies to ensure meaningful discussions
- Assist managers to write SMART objectives
- Facilitate staff forums relating to the roll-out of the new practice
Workshops: Can be tailored to suit the organisation
Coaching: Is on an hourly basis with the number of hours dependent on individual requirements
