Developing a high performing team
We deliver the following content via workshops and/or individual coaching session(s).
Working as a team does not come naturally to most people. Intellectually staff buy into benefits of teams and teamwork but behaviourally, the default setting is often to the individual not team. Developing a high performing team covers a broad spectrum. Through workshops and coaching we deliver strategies and tools that assist in understanding:
- How to raise the engagement, commitment and productivity level of staff
- How to maximise the individual and combined strengths to reach the goals of the team
- Our own interactive and behavioural style and those of their team members
- And exploring success factors that work towards operating as a team and not a group of individuals
Workshop: 4 hours.
Coaching: Is on an hourly basis with the number of hours dependent on individual requirements.

Working with a dysfunctional team
We deliver the following content via workshops and/or individual coaching session(s).
Dysfunctional teams can have a significant impact on team productivity and individual engagement. Getting individuals to work as a team can sometimes be difficult particularly if there are some strong personalities in the team. We deliver a workshop using the Myers Briggs personality indicator where we get people to understand both their own type and those of the other team members. We facilitate a process where individual team members take responsibility in a safe and open environment to air their view points and work with others to understand, work through and reach some form of individual and group understanding and a process for working together.
Workshop: 4 hours.

Understanding yourself and others using Myers Briggs Personality Indicator (MBTI)
We deliver the following content by workshops.
Teams that work together well are usually productive. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is widely used in organisations in the areas of team building, communication and leadership. Over 50 years of research and development have demonstrated the reliability and validity of the MBTI. In this workshop you will gain an understanding of:
- Your MBTI results and how to apply them in the workplace and in life in general
- Gain an understanding of why people react, respond in a way similar or different to others
- How to use your preferred styles to be more effective and fulfilled
- Your strengths and potential areas for growth
- Team behaviour that will assist you in understanding potential conflict , leadership styles, different ways of communicating
