Over 50 years of research and development have demonstrated the reliability and validity of the MBTI. In this workshop you will gain an understanding of:
- Your MBTI results and how to apply them in the workplace and in life in general
- Gain an understanding of why people react, respond in a way similar or different to others
- How to use your preferred styles to be more effective and fulfilled
- Your strengths and potential areas for growth
- Team behaviour that will assist you in understanding potential conflict , leadership styles, different ways of communicating
