Proactive self development

Coaching is an individually focused proactive activity that assists each individual to develop in a range of ways that enhance their behaviour, performance and future. During our sessions we identify with each individual the areas of development they need and work with them to set particular goals which, in between sessions, they work on. In each subsequent session we review their progress, the strategies they have used and any concerns that we may be able to guide them to overcome.

We coach in the areas of:

Coaching sessions:  Are on an hourly basis with the number of hours dependent on individual requirements.
