Exit interviews provide the opportunity to obtain information about what your organisation is doing well and what you need to improve. Exit interviews are the key to organisation improvement because rarely does an organisation receive such frank feedback from employees. When used in conjunction with employment engagement surveys, exit interviews are a rich source of information for organisation improvement.
We work with managers and HR advisers to:
- Provide or design an appropriate set of questions
- Conduct interviews with exiting staff
- Write a report on the themes
- Present the findings
